    Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we can't offer you a full refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We charge a three euro return shipping fee.

    Several types of goods are exempt from return. Custom and customized products cannot be returned.

    • Self-designed designs

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

    • Clear signs of use

    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

    • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery

    Want to return your item? You can easily do so via the link below. Pack your item in a sturdy postal box. No need to print a label! Simply show the QR code at the post office and that's it.

    We ask for a contribution of €3.99 for returns that are sent back for reasons beyond our control.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds

    If you have not received a refund yet, please check your Exchange

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please email us at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
