Exchanges and Returns
Can I still cancel my order?
Once you have placed an order, we start processing it immediately. Therefore, it cannot be changed or canceled. However, you can return it via our website after receiving it.
Can I return my order?
You can return your order or part of it within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Once we receive the product, you will be refunded for the returned items.
Do I have to pay for my return shipment?
If you ordered the wrong product or changed your mind, you must pay the return shipping costs. If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we will cover the costs.
How quickly will my return be processed?
A standard return will be reviewed and refunded within 10 working days after arrival, provided it is approved by our returns department.
I ordered the wrong product, can I exchange it?
You cannot exchange your products. However, if your product arrived damaged or defective, you can always return it for free.
